Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the decoration of bakery products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including cleaning workstations, ovens, and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with product selection.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is fully stocked.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods for sale.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks, including cashiering and cleaning.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: 16 and Older
  • Business Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 7:00pm / Saturday 8am to 2:00pm / Sunday CLOSED
  • Job Type: Flexible – FT or PT
  • Attire: White T-shirt, jeans (no shorts), closed toe shoes
  • Language: English and Spanish (basic English knowledge required)
