Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the decoration of bakery products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including cleaning workstations, ovens, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with product selection.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods for sale.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks, including cashiering and cleaning.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 16 and Older
- Business Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 7:00pm / Saturday 8am to 2:00pm / Sunday CLOSED
- Job Type: Flexible – FT or PT
- Attire: White T-shirt, jeans (no shorts), closed toe shoes
- Language: English and Spanish (basic English knowledge required)
