In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, manage accounts effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer accounts by processing payments, tracking account activity, and ensuring timely updates.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers in understanding their agreements and options.
  • Sales Support: Promote and explain products and services to existing and prospective customers, driving sales and repeat business.
  • Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances while adhering to company policies.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork for agreements, payments, and transactions in compliance with company standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to meet company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain furniture to ensure it is in excellent condition.
  • Assemble furniture accurately using tools and provided instructions.
  • Inspect furniture for any defects or damage during cleaning and assembly.
  • Organize and store tools and supplies neatly after use.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all furniture is prepared on time.

Attire:
Jeans/pants and a polo shirt. No T-Shirts and no shorts

Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
Saturday 10am to 5pm
