JOB DUTIES:
1. Conduct regular inventories of food and paper goods used for breakfast.
2. Maintain stock of breakfast foods during continental breakfast.
3. Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, kitchen and/or pantry area, and mop, wipe down countertops, etc., during and after breakfast hours (breakfast dining area must be cleaned and dismantled within one hour of breakfast closing time).
4. Accommodate guests, special requests in a pleasant and professional manner.
5. Assist in the setup of meeting rooms and banquets. Maintain the cleanliness of the meeting room during and after the meetings.
6. Always be available by the Continental Breakfast Bar during meal times to restock or refill items as needed.
7. Ensure countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times.
8. Make sure hands are washed prior to starting your shift. Disposable gloves must be worn when placing food items or preparing food.
9. Eating, drinking or smoking at work stations are not allowed.
10. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas at all times.
11. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
12. Interact with guest for guest stay feedback and maintaining hotel service scores.
13. Being part of team to maintain high guest service scores.
14. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps.
15. Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager
General Description: Breakfast host/hostess is responsible for setting up and dismantling of the breakfast area, including inventories of food items, paper goods and preparation of the food.
Basic Criteria: Must have good organizational and guest service skills.
Weight Requirements: 40-60 pounds for push/pull and lifting.

24 Hours - Sunday to Saturday
