Server (Insignia)

JOB DUTIES:

1. Responsible for vacuuming/mopping floor, rolling silverware.
2. Cleaning off the tables, maintaining a clean workstation take out trash and put in new liners.
3. Restock condiments on tables, refill salt and pepper shakers, buff, put away glasses and clean coffee/tea urns.
4. Keeping certain areas in the kitchen clean and maintained.
5. Always have room service trays pre-set before your shift ends.
6. Always stay professional, stay at your workstation to be available for guests at all times, acknowledge and seat guests promptly.
7. Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
8. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps.
9. Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.

General Description: The server is responsible for being a part of a team maintaining high guest service scores.

Basic Criteria: Must be very neat, clean and well organized, with a high personal standard of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene.

Weight Requirements: 40-60 Pounds for push/pull and lifting.

Business Hours:

24 Hours - Sunday to Saturday
