PROGRAM DIRECTOR ASSISTANT
POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full-to-part-time internship position reporting to the Latina Entrepreneur Academy. Regular work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, however extended hours and some weekend work may be required. Must be able to adapt to flexible work schedules as established by management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist with all walk ins, students, clients, and potential students. Follow up with calls and emails.
- Complete required reports and supportive information and submit them to the Program Director in a timely manner as program requires.
- Perform regular data entry and complete projects in Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Plan outreach programs and events alongside other staff and Program Director.
- Perform a high degree of accuracy in all work and documentation
- Assures that all required paperwork is properly completed and submitted on time.
- Making sure that emails from client gets filed in the correct project folder.
- Learn to develop and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Learn to monitor performance metrics and track the effectiveness of social media activities.
- Identify new opportunities for innovative social media marketing initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the social media team.
- Foster collaboration within the team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Prepare and review submitted documents or paperwork to be filed and provided to the Program Director ensuring that all forms necessary are provided.
- Learn about immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Possess the ability to adapt to inclement weather conditions and/or situations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- The noise level within the environment is normally moderate.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and deal effectively with stress.
- Ability to perform duties and adapt to flexible work schedules as established
- Potential for some evening and weekend work throughout the entrepreneur academy
