  • -Maintain courteous and dependable contact with the Public through telephone and personal interactions.
  • 2-Assist with admissions, financial aid process, and maintain student files.
  • 3- Maintain appointment intake system for student’s advisement and register services.
  • 4- Assist the Continuing Education in the absence of the coordinator.
  • 5-Maitain Fire Extinguisher inspection for Physical Plant office.
  • 6-Perform pleasing and appropriate telephone techniques.
  • 7- Ability to be personable, tactful, and pleasant at all times.
  • 8- Strong organization and communication skills.
  • 9- Demonstrate responsibility initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 10-Perform organization skills and have efficient attention to detail including word processing.
  • 11-Ability to conduct spreadsheets, Power Points and perform filing skills with the ability to organize, maintain and retrieve from a large system.
