Front Desk/Customer Service
- -Maintain courteous and dependable contact with the Public through telephone and personal interactions.
- 2-Assist with admissions, financial aid process, and maintain student files.
- 3- Maintain appointment intake system for student’s advisement and register services.
- 4- Assist the Continuing Education in the absence of the coordinator.
- 5-Maitain Fire Extinguisher inspection for Physical Plant office.
- 6-Perform pleasing and appropriate telephone techniques.
- 7- Ability to be personable, tactful, and pleasant at all times.
- 8- Strong organization and communication skills.
- 9- Demonstrate responsibility initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.
- 10-Perform organization skills and have efficient attention to detail including word processing.
- 11-Ability to conduct spreadsheets, Power Points and perform filing skills with the ability to organize, maintain and retrieve from a large system.
