The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outbound phone calls, assisting with scheduling meetings, directing clients, and helping with basic office cleaning and organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as requested.
  • Greet and direct clients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
  • Perform light office cleaning and help with general office organization.
  • Provide support to office staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Attire: Business Casual; Top: Blouses, dress shirts, button up or polo. Bottoms: Slacks or hole-free jeans. No sports wear, leggings, or ripped jeans, ripped shoes, or tshirts
