Job Duties:
1. Being part of a team to maintain high guest service scores.
2. Always stay professional, be available for guests at all times.
3. Maintain cleanliness of public areas and parking lot.
4. Empty waste receptacles of all public areas and parking lot.
5. Service pool and spa daily.
6. Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance daily.
7. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps.
8. Assist housekeeping with any cleaning and/or laundry needs.
9. Assist in delivering items to guestrooms when requested.
10. Before leaving, a final walk through of the property inside and out should be done.
11. Perform all other job duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Manager.
General Description:
The houseman’s responsibilities include cleanliness of all public areas and parking lot, assisting housekeeping and maintenance with daily duties. As required by all team members, the houseman is required to provide the highest quality of service at all times.
Basic Criteria:
Must be very neat, clean and well organized, with a high personal standard of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene. Must be in brand standard mandated uniform at all times.
Weight Requirement:
Must be able to lift, push, or pull anything over 40 pounds.
Business Hours:
24 Hours - Sunday to Saturday
