Job Description:
Learn and understand company insurance products.
Learn to use multi-line phone system and to answer calls and respond to customer needs and complaints.
Learn software systems like Word and Excel
Learn to access customer accounts and policy schedules.
Ability to learn to provide customers with information about policies and products.
Forward customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
Learn to bill/invoice customers
Follow up with customers
Learn to assist with processing quotes
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to learn and understand insurance products and policy schedules.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
Knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems.
Clean background
Ability to learn to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
