ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Ensures equipment and facilities are in appropriate working condition.
  • Provides clerical support to in-house departments as needed (i.e., filing, mail-outs, etc...). Retrieves information from files when needed. Assists with filing, organizing documents, and labeling.
  • Serves as backup to telephone switchboard, as necessary. Takes messages.
  • Review document packets to ensure packet is complete per checklist.
  • Request missing documents from Career Advisors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and fulfills responsibilities as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

Physical requirements include lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally. Subject to standing, sitting, bending, and walking to perform job scope. Requires visual acuity, speech, and hearing. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment. Flexible hours may be required.
