Position Title: Concessions Worker

Reports To: Concessions Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Concessions Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to customers at events or venues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and serve snacks, meals, and drinks.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand, including restocking supplies.

• Comply with all food handling and sanitation standards.

• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after events.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math skills for handling money.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Exposure to heat, noise, and large crowds.

• May require working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Attire:

• Casual: T-shirt (no designs), Jeans or Cargo shorts. Closed toe shoes

Business Hours:

• Monday to Sunday 8am to 11pm (Flexible Schedules)

Wages:

• $12.00
