Maintenance Assistants clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas of a building, such as restrooms, lobby and hallway floors, windows and grounds. These duties might include mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, clipping shrubs and painting exterior or interior walls and structures as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Clean background and drug screen
- Lift up to 20lbs.
Objectives:
- General Maintenance
- Parts and tool pusher
- Assisting maintenance crew with general repairs and upkeep
- Take direction from senior maintenance staff
- Learn new skills in maintenance services, repair, and grounds upkeep
